Where does the Wine Chic ship to?
Wine Chic products are shipped from Denver, Colorado in the United States.
The estimated delivery date will be based on a few different factors, including the purchase date (when an order was placed), destination (the customer address), and shipping method (e.g. UPS Ground, FedEx 2-Day Air). Other factors - such as federal holidays and inclement weather – may also impact the transit time of your order.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, although we do not offer expedited shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFPO.
We do ship to Canada and other international locations, but we’re unable to offer free shipping internationally.
What if I need a refund or to make an exchange?
At The Wine Chic we have a simple return policy, "Make it Right". On paper we accept returns for 90 days, but we are still recovering from the hospitality industry. We will ensure you get your steak at the temp you wanted, and that the fish is cooked perfectly.....sorry we had a bit of a flash black. We strive to exceed your expectations and will work with you to either correct an issue or give you your money back. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer comped desserts at this time...though it was our favorite way to restore broken service :)
